Pierpaolo Piccioli took the fashion crowd by storm with his Fall 2018 collection. Infusing an element of one-for-all and all-for-one, the creative genius sent down a wearable range that appealed to all shapes, cultures, styles, and ages.

The show started with a monochrome color palette with hints of mellow and mustard yellow before melting into a burgundy and slipper-satin pink dream. The famous magenta and red color pairing made a strong appearance in the form of a modest ankle length pleated dress, with a high neck, wide-leg matching pants, and highlighter pink boyfriend blazer. Not only are pastels coming through strong for Fall 2018, but specific shades are being highlighted as carry-over. Eau de nil was a strong theme towards the middle of the show, as was a variety of textures and hues. A semi-broderie anglais mid-calf dress in dark eau de nil was styled over a pale mint tie-neck blouse and light sage trousers, showcasing a very wearable way to wear mono-tone.

Pierpaolo Piccioli offered up a fresh update on the Valentino gowns we’ve come to love and covet. Large-scale floral printed dresses were served up in strapless, skinny-strap, long sleeve, square neck and modest silhouettes allowing all women regardless of reservation, to indulge in a bit of historical luxury. Bravo Piccioli for showing us what inclusive wearability looks like.
